How does payment work?
Payment is made on pickup (cash or card). No online payment required.
What deposit do I pay?
The refundable deposit depends on the car and is returned after the car is returned undamaged.
Can I return the car early?
Yes. Cancellation and early return follow the cancellation policy.
Is insurance included?
Basic insurance is included. Full insurance (deductible reduction) can be added as an extra.
Is there a mileage limit?
There is no mileage limit — unlimited kilometres are included in the rental.
Can I drive the car abroad?
Trips within the EU are possible by prior arrangement. Some destinations may require a surcharge or the lessor’s approval.
How does fuel work?
We hand over the car with a full tank and you return it the same. For EVs the same applies to charge.
What if I damage the car?
Minor incidents are covered by insurance; you only pay the excess (reducible with full insurance). Everything is handled transparently per the handover report.
